How do I place items in my shopping cart?
Click the "Add to Cart" button on the product pages. On the Shopping Cart page, you will see your requested item, quantity and price. To view the contents of your shopping cart at any time, click "View Cart" at the top of any product page.

How do I change the items in my shopping cart?
To view the items in your shopping cart, click the "View Cart" link positioned at the top of each product page. You will see a list of all items in your cart. If you change the quantity, click Update to see the new total. To remove an item click on the trash can icon at the far right of the listing and the page will automatically refresh deleting the item. You can then Continue Shopping or Checkout.

How do I buy items?
Once the selected items are in your shopping cart, click the "View Cart" link, review your order for accuracy and then click "Checkout" at the bottom. You will be taken to the Payment Information and Shipping Information screen. The shipping charges will be calculated automatically based on the destination and number of items that you have ordered. After you have entered your information, click "Next".

How do I know my order has been received?
You will see a page thanking you for your order. Contained on that page will be your shipping information and order number. You will be instructed to "Print the Page" and keep it as a record of your purchase. This information is important should you need to contact us. Please keep your order number on hand, so that we may easily determine which purchase is yours. Your order is now complete.

Shipping Charges
It is $4.00 CDN for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item.
For example:
1 item = $4.00
2 items = $5.50
3 items = $7.00
4 items = $8.50
International shipping charges also apply to all orders outside of Canada and the US. This is an additional $25.00 CDN.
There may be additional charges for weight.
Shipping may take 2-6 weeks.

Security
The Online Store uses a secure online ordering system. You can see when you are on a secure page when the web address changes from http to https. Also, at the bottom of your browser will be a closed lock. When you click "Checkout" you enter the secure area.

Orders
All prices displayed on The Online Store are quoted in Canadian dollars. All purchases will be charged in Canadian dollars. The Online Store reserves the right without previous notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products and services offered. Products displayed on this site are available while supplies last. The Online Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. The Online Store reserves the right to limit the order quantity of any item and to refuse service to any customer without prior notification. In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to change to the correct price regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, The Online Store shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
